The body of this blouse is left completely plain so the woven-look border bands can do the talking: a wide band about 10 cm deep circles the whole hem, and a second band of about 8 cm finishes each sleeve opening. The bands carry a folk-inspired geometric pattern of fine horizontal stripes, diamonds and small crosses. Above them the round neckline sits close to the neck with no buttons or zip, and the three-quarter sleeves hang straight without a cuff. The fabric is a light, fluid crepe weave that falls straight and loose to hip length, so it works untucked over jeans or tucked into wide pants.
