What are your delivery times?

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). After dispatch, the transit time is 4 to 6 business days (Monday to Friday). The total estimated delivery window is 5 to 9 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free tracked shipping on all orders within Canada, with no minimum purchase. We work with Canada Post, Purolator and UPS. More information in our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, with a free prepaid return label and no restocking fees. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

How long does the refund take?

Once your return has been received and inspected, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it.

Can I exchange an item for another?

Yes, we accept exchanges. Write to us at info@marthakleyn.com with your order number and the item you prefer, and our team will take care of it.
