1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Estimates (United Kingdom)

We are proud to offer fast shipping across the UK. Our current delivery estimates are:

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days.

  • Shipping Method: Standard Tracked Delivery.

Please note: These timelines are estimates. While we do our best to meet these targets, factors such as high seasonal demand or courier delays may occasionally impact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across the United Kingdom. There are no hidden fees at checkout; the price you see for the garment is the final price for delivery to your door.

4. How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

5. Delivery Address & Accuracy

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at info@marthakleyn.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

 

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Martha Kleyn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Martha Kleyn will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

7. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@marthakleyn.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, including a replacement under our 6-month quality warranty.
